Passage: Luke 9:1-6
When Jesus sends the disciples out to share God’s love and Good News with the world, he invites them to stand firm in their faith and find the fortitude it takes to deal with those who may not be open to what God is doing at that moment and place. We must be willing to stand strong in loving and serving the world no matter what the response may be, and if it is not received, we can move on and offer it elsewhere as Jesus instructs.
