First UMC Arlington's Advocates for Social Justice have an ongoing forum series called Do No Harm. These forums are intended to bring folks together in order to consider and discuss Christian perspectives and responses to complex, yet important social topics. The next forum will take place on Sunday, September 8 and will focus on LatinX Justice and Equality. Heading into Hispanic Heritage Month, we will think about how we can both honor the history, culture, and contributions of Latinx folks and respond to the discrimination they continue to experience today.
