Book Carnival Donations & Volunteers

Missions & Outreach

14th Annual Book Carnival | Saturday, May 18 | 10 am-12 pm

We have several volunteer opportunities available, both in the months leading up the the event, and on the day of the Book Carnival. Fill out the volunteer interest form below to get involved.

Volunteer Opportunities:

- Preparation:  (ongoing until May 13) Labeling books in room 200A  Monday through Thursday from 9:00am – 3:00pm 

- Set Up: In the Great Hall on May 15 at 10am until finished (usually 1pm)

Day of Book Carnival | May 18, 2024 Volunteer Opportunities:

- Serve Hot Dogs
- Serve Sno Cones
- Supervise Bookmark Decorating 
- Read books aloud to children
- Be a translator
- Be a greeter
- Help with take down/clean up

Book Donations:

We're accepting new and gently used children's books in English and Spanish for PreK-6th grade. Books can be dropped off in the wagon outside the church office during office hours (Monday-Thursday, 9 am-3 pm or on Sundays). We are not accepting YA or adult books at this time.
