United With All

Series: United Not Divided

United With All

November 08, 2020 | Rev. Dr. Chris J. Hayes

Passage: Galatians 3:26-29

This week's message, "United With All", concludes our series, "United Not Divided". Centered around Galatians 3:26-29, Rev. Dr. Chris J. Hayes reflects on how finding unity means being a part of what God is continuing to create, not looking at the things of the past or current that would strive to drive wedges of division among us.

Joining him in worship are Rev. Molly Hayes and Michelle Clark. In music, Sean Hale sings "Blest Be the Tie That Binds" and "The King of Love My Shepherd", accompanied by Dr. Jamila Javadova-Spitzberg.

When we belong to Christ we are a part of a new creation that seeks to live in peace and with respect for one another and for all of God’s children everywhere. There is no way to claim that we are better or more deserving than anyone else in Christ’s new creation of unconditional love and unity. Finding unity means being a part of what God is continuing to create, not looking at the things of the past or current that would strive to drive wedges of division among us.

Series Information

Finding unity in God’s unconditional love and grace allows us to be thankful for all of God’s children – even those who vote, believe, and think differently than we do. Christ insisted on unity of purpose, vision, and love no matter our differences. Let us journey together to find unity not division, to be united, not divided!
