God is always inviting us into new norms and the Easter story is the most profound example of that new life in Christ. However, new realities can be troubling and difficult for us, but Christ promises to go ahead of us and to be in the new reality that God is constantly creating. Easter is not just about Jesus rising from the dead, it is also about where he goes from there.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not the end of the story, it is the beginning of new life for us all. Living the Easter story and being people of new life and new beginnings is a key component of the Christian life.
