Series: Journey to the Cross

Good Friday Worship

April 02, 2021 | Rev. Dr. Chris J. Hayes

Join us as we conclude our journey to the cross this Good Friday with a service of music, as members of our Chancel Choir and Orchestra remember the last moments of Jesus and ultimately his death, even death on a cross.

Music in this service includes "What Wondrous Love Is This", "Go to Dark Gethsemane", "O Sacred Head Now Wounded", "Behold Your Son" from "Seven Last Words", "Fourth Word - God, My Father" from "Seven Last Words of Christ", "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross", and "Ave Verum Corpus".

Series Information

Just as Jesus journeyed to the cross, we too journey through pain, suffering, and loss. Join us on a Lenten journey as we find God’s grace, comfort, healing, and presence even as we “walk through the valley of the shadow of death”. -Psalm 23
