When Rev. Kay Lancaster joined the church's staff, there truly was a sense of coming home.
A fourth generation member at the church, she worked for 26 years as an educator and administrator in the Arlington Independent School District.
Kay has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Texas Wesleyan University, a master's degree in public school administration from the University of North Texas, and a master's degree in Christian Studies from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University.
Kay oversees adult education ministries including adult Sunday School, Bible Studies, and other adult ministries and educational events.
Kay lives in Arlington. She is married to Gary Lancaster and has four children and four grandchildren.
