Lent StudiesLent StudiesLent, which begins on Ash Wednesday, is a time of preparation for Easter. How will you prepare? FUMC of Arlington has multiple opportunities during Lent to help you to focus on this season and your journey of faith. Please note that many of these studies use participant books. TuesdaysCreativity and Divine Surprise: Finding the Place of Your Resurrection This study will deepen your relationship with God as you experience stories, reflection and exercises from this spiritual guide. WednesdaysFinal Words From the Cross Study In life and in death, Jesus’ words were powerful and meaningful. As he hung on the cross, Jesus spoke seven “final words”— statements that have much to teach us about Jesus, God and ourselves. Join Rev. Estee Valendy for this five-week study, written by Rev.
